Our last generation Flexographic printing plants allows us to obtain the highest level of quality and efficiency thanks to the interconnection with our 4.0 ERP software system.
We invested in a central drum flexo 10 color technology able to print on polyethylene bright, ultra-bright or standard industrial packaging film for the beverage and paper sector. Printing width up to 1600mm and development of print up to 1250mm. In order to satisfy your requirements, for our production of print products, we rely on the support of the best Italian suppliers of flexo printing machines and prepress services.
Our press system is provided with a 100% quality in-line inspection tool for detecting printing errors, a print register and an accurate measurement report system. These tools allow us to ensure a constant quality also at high speed.
In the Prepress phase, our technical design department gives our clients a customized consulting service in designing the print file. Moreover, the press system is provided with a unit for the automatic mounting of flexo plates, a Mixing Station to find the right PANTONE Color Formula, interfaced with a colorimetric system for the quality control of color tone.
Also during the printing stage we use materials from highly qualified contractors, in order to always ensure products of high technical quality.
The streamline of the different processing stages allows us to manage and minimize the energy consumption and, thanks to the high level of automation, to make the most of flexo technology, without sacrificing the quality of high definition.
