The user’s personal data are used by Nolanplastica S.p.A., with registered office in Via Ponte di Sirico 68, Saviano (NA), which is the data controller for the processing, in accordance with the principles of protection of personal data established by the GDPR Regulation 2016/679 and the LEGISLATIVE DECREE 101/2018 of August 10, 2018.

MODALITIES AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

We inform you that the processing of personal data will be carried out lawfully and correctly in accordance with the aforementioned legislation and with the support of the following means:

• Computerized means (management software, accounting, etc.).

With the following purposes:

RETENTION PERIOD

Data required for contractual and accounting purposes are kept for as long as necessary to carry out the business and accounting relationship. The data of those who do not purchase or benefit from products/services, despite having had previous contact with representatives of the company, will be immediately deleted or processed anonymously, where their retention is not otherwise justified, unless the informed consent of the data subjects relating to a subsequent business promotion or market research activity has been validly acquired. The data will be processed for as long as necessary for the conduct of the existing business relationship and for the following ten years from the date of their acquisition.
